The Name

Our iconic French Bulldog logo honors the memory of Bobapop founder's cherished pet and loyal companion. Inspired by the global love for bubble tea and Bobapop’s mission to deliver refreshing drinks made with premium ingredients, two Maryland residents brought the vision to life. In 2018, the very first Bobapop USA store was opened in Gaithersburg, bringing bold flavors and high-quality bubble tea to the local community. It’s been our joy to share this experience with you ever since!

Advocating Sustainable Solutions

We are constantly exploring new and sustainable ways to reduce our environmental impact. Here are what we've done so far:

  • Since 2021, we’ve proudly partnered with Too Good To Go, offering customers surprise drinks at significant discounts while actively reducing waste. Through this collaboration, we’ve saved over 3,500 drinks from going to waste and avoided over 1.7 metric tons of CO2e

  • We brew our drinks in small, carefully measured batches to ensure every cup is as fresh as possible. By avoiding large-scale brewing and unnecessary disposal, we minimize waste while delivering premium-quality tea that’s always full of flavor.

  • All of our lighting are equipped with eco-friendly low-energy use LED bulbs.

  • Our customer napkins and paper towel come from sustainable forest sources and recycled fiber.

  • Our 2 & 4 cup holders made with recycled and post-consumer content. These are sturdy, reusable and recyclable.

  • Our hot drinks are made with recycled paper and environment-friendly cup sleeves,
